La Mancha’s Smagula Cast in Paper Mill Godspell

Jimmy Smagula, who was seen in the recent Broadway revival of Man of La Mancha, will be part of the Paper Mill Playhouse's upcoming production of Godspell.
A spokesperson for the actor told Playbill.com that Smagula will sing "We Beseech Thee" in the Paper Mill's mounting of the Stephen Schwartz musical. The New Jersey theatre is scheduled to present the award-winning musical Sept. 20-Oct. 22. No casting has officially been announced for the production, which will be directed by Daniel Goldstein.
Jimmy Smagula has been seen on Broadway in Man of La Mancha and The Full Monty. His regional credits include Sweeney Todd, Man of La Mancha, Children of Eden and The Full Monty. Smagula's screen credits include "The IT Factor," "The Job" and "The Rosie O'Donnell Show."
