    (IANS)

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is all praise for former 'OC' actress Mischa Barton for taking a stand against recent paparazzi photographs saying it is 'really brave and cool'.

Accesshollywood.com reports that Barton recently called an Australian photographer 'invasive', 'rude' and 'abrasive' after he snapped her as she was sun tanning. The pictures show her apparently having cellulite on her bottom but her representative says the pics are doctored. The Aussie photographer also denies the claim.
Hewitt, who had a bad experience with tabloid pics, said: 'I think it's great. I think it's okay for them to take pictures and everything and I think it's okay for us to defend ourselves and speak out against it. I think it's really brave and really cool and that's what makes us people.'
Hewitt had endure heavy criticism after pictures of her in Hawii showed her overweight and she was taunted for that. But she is unperturbed.
She said: 'I've sat by in silence for a long time now about the way women's bodies are constantly scrutinised. To set the record straight, I'm not upset for me, but for all of the girls out there that are struggling with their body image. A size 2 is not fat. Nor will it ever be. And being a size 0 doesn't make you beautiful.'
